The class begins with a meditation. It moves to a physical practice that will help you strengthen and soften your tissues, relax the fascia and open your channels, flexibilizing and nourishing your mind and body. The physical practice changes the style according to the natural seasons as it follows the Yin Yang Yoga way. Everybody is welcomed.
