Poetry, Painting, Collage, nature practices, sound and landscape immersion,

collective poetry and physical poetry.

In this retreat, we will open ourselves to the unknown that dwells in everything. Taking our creative selves by the hand, we will immerse ourselves in individual and collective practices where words will come to life, illuminating poems and pieces in the instant. We will learn to surrender to the poem and participate in its birth, without controlling or enclosing its meaning and form. We will write, paint, compose with words and image, make collages, all while following the course of the unknown with a ‘let's see’ attitude. As we listen to how images speak to us, we will explore what happens when a place inhabits us, hearing the voices that yearn to come to light, making space for them. We will engage in activities in nature, visiting places of immense beauty - such as beaches, mountains, gardens and abandoned villages or forests of ancient olive trees. There will be sessions dedicated to poetry, collage, painting, active imagination and sound.
